Every individual using the OnlyVIP platform ("Platform") is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms of use. Access to and use of the Platform is subject to adherence to all the conditions outlined below.

Platform management reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Current conditions are always published on this page.

The Platform does not host user-generated content (UGC). All content is uploaded and managed exclusively by the platform management (admin) and automated systems (bots) configured by the management.

• Users cannot upload content to the platform, nor edit or delete existing content.
• The selection, classification, and publication of content are entirely at the discretion of platform management.
• The Platform reserves the right to remove or modify any content without prior notice.

Platform servers are hosted on an independent hosting infrastructure operating outside the jurisdiction of the United States and the European Union.

• The Platform is not subject to DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) safe harbor provisions.
• Takedown requests or court orders from foreign jurisdictions are evaluated under the laws of the country where the hosting server is located.
• The Platform takes domain routing and technical measures to avoid being affected by access blocking decisions of any country.

The Platform processes user data in accordance with the following principles:

• Anonymous Statistics: Usage data (views, interactions, etc.) are processed anonymously merely to improve the content recommendation algorithm.
• Identification Data: The Platform does not collect data aimed at identifying the real identities of users.
• Log Policy: Server access logs are not stored permanently; they are deleted periodically.
• Third Parties: User data is never sold or transferred to third parties under any circumstances.

• Access: VIP members have access to premium content, high-speed streaming, and priority technical support.
• Payment: The VIP membership fee is valid for the duration of access to the platform. There is no refund policy.
• Renewal: Once the membership period expires, the user must manually perform the renewal process.
• Termination: The Platform reserves the right to cancel any VIP membership without providing a reason.

By accessing or using the Platform, the user represents and warrants that they accept the following binding obligations:

• Compliance with applicable laws of the user’s place of residence and access remains solely the user’s responsibility.
• All Platform materials (including but not limited to videos, images, metadata, and technical interfaces) are protected. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, republication, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
• The user shall not engage in automated data extraction, scraping, crawling, bulk harvesting, unauthorized mass downloading, reverse engineering of access controls, or any comparable method intended to obtain Platform content without authorization.
• The Platform monitors and retains technical records (including IP addresses, account identifiers, download/access event logs, device and session indicators) for security, abuse prevention, and service integrity.
• Where unauthorized scraping, content misappropriation, or systematic abuse is reasonably established from such records, the Platform may permanently terminate the account and block associated access methods without refund and without prior notice.
• Where intentional harm to the Platform, its infrastructure, users, or operations is reasonably established — including, without limitation, DDoS or similar network attacks, brute-force attempts, credential abuse, unauthorized mirroring/cloning of the site, mass or excessive downloading, systematic scraping, content theft, or comparable hostile or abusive acts — the Platform reserves the right to compile relevant technical evidence and submit abuse/security complaints to hosting providers, network operators, payment processors, email providers, and competent authorities, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• The user declares that they are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of accepting these terms.

• The Platform does not provide any guarantees regarding the accuracy, legality, or completeness of the content provided natively or via automation.
• Platform management cannot be held responsible for damages arising from user interaction with platform content.
• The Platform is not a corporate entity subject to US or EU jurisdiction and is not bound by the regulations of these jurisdictions (GDPR, CCPA, DMCA, etc.).
• The Platform does not guarantee service continuity. Temporary interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
